Flared Cup in porcelain by Janne Meijer. 

The porcelain is first coloured with a pigment, then layered and marbled before being thrown on the wheel, allowing the pattern to emerge through this process.These are sanded before the second firing, after which they are polished to give them a soft and satiny feel. The inside is glazed, with the outside unglazed to let the natural feel of the porcelain come through. Due to the marbling technique, each piece is unique.
