DELIVERY

We currently offer shipping throughout the UK (excluding Northern Ireland) and international shipping exclusively to the United States from our store in London.

If you are based outside of these locations, please do get in touch with us to discuss potential shipping options and we can look at getting a quote for you. 

 

UK Orders

We offer Free Local Delivery (goods are hand delivered to the following postcodes – NW1, NW3 and NW5), a Collect From Store service, Standard Delivery (£5.5) which will take approximately five working days & Express Delivery (£9.5) which will take approximately two working days.

Shipping is Free on orders over £100 and we also have a "Just a Card" Service which is £2.5 for an order containing greetings cards only. 

Items will be ready to collect or dispatched the working day (Tuesday to Saturday) following your order date. Please do factor these timings in when selecting your preferred delivery option.

The store in Hampstead is closed on Tuesday's. Online orders placed on a Tuesday will be dispatched on a Wednesday. 

Free Local Delivery & Collect From Store services are by prior arrangement and will be at a mutually convenient time as agreed after we have received your order. 

We reserve the right to use the email address or phone number provided at the time of ordering to contact you to make arrangements for delivery|collection, or for our chosen courier company to contact you directly. 

 

USA Orders

Shipping to the USA now includes tariffs which are paid in advance using the Royal Mails PDDP (Postal Delivery Duties Paid) Service. All orders are tracked and tracking information will be provided upon dispatch. A flat rate will be applied to all orders shipped to the USA at checkout. Should your order be oversized in any way and incur substantial extra charges or higher tariffs, we will be in touch with you to discuss this before we ship the order. 

Import duties are calculated as best as possible by our shipping provider and these charges are paid up front as a part of our postal service and included in the flat fee you pay for P&P. However, should extra charges be incurred after the point of sending, or upon entry to the USA, the customer is responsible for these charges and they are not covered by the sum already paid for your item through our ecommerce platform. 

Please ensure your contact information is correct as you may be contacted by the courier, or customs, before delivery can be completed.  

Estimated delivery time to the USA is typically 5 – 15 business days, this may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays or busy shipping periods. Please allow ample time to receive your order if it is needed for a particular date. 

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not liable for any increased costs, delays, losses, or damages that may occur during international transit.
