PRODUCTS

The majority of the products for sale on our website are made in small batches by hand from UK makers and artists. The images found on the site are for illustration purposes only. While we endeavour to show all products as accurately as possible, please do note that colours and finishes may vary in real life depending on your computer screen and/or the photography.  

We work hard to ensure the product descriptions are as accurate as possible so please do take the time to read these and take all given measurements into account when making a purchase as the images may not accurately represent the scale of the item you are interested in. 

Not all units of the same product are identical due to the handmade nature of the individual piece. The piece pictured may not be the piece that you receive and if you purchase multiples of the same product there is likely to be some variation between the individual pieces – this is what adds to the uniqueness of your purchase and interest to your growing collection.

PRICING & ORDERS

The prices listed on our website are all in GBP and include VAT (at the prevailing rate, where applicable). Prices are subject to change at any time and without prior notice. Delivery charges are not included in the listed price of the product on the product page unless otherwise specified. 

Payment for orders is taken at the time of sale. Please take the time to review your order before checking out. Card payments are processed through a third-party secure payment portal. By making a purchase, you authorise us to submit your information to the relevant third party for payment validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the payment is not authorised for any reason, we will not be able to accept the order and we will not be liable for delay and/or non-delivery.

Upon completion of an online order, you will receive a confirmation email to let you know we have received your order. Our acceptance of your order creates a binding contract between us. Please ensure you retain a copy of this email in case there are any issues with your order. 

All orders are subject to availability. If you have paid for the product and received an order confirmation and the product is no longer available, you shall be refunded in full for any payment taken from you using the same payment method you used to pay for the product. While we sincerely apologise in this situation for any inconvenience caused, we are not able to accept any liability for any losses, financial or otherwise, as a result of the product no longer being available and there will be no interest given on the refunded payment.   

Please supply us with all relevant contact information so that we are able to reach you in the event of a problem with your order as quickly and effectively as possible. 

Kentish Town Stores Limited trading as Fodder reserve the right to withdraw products, correct website errors and inaccuracies, update information and/or cancel all and any orders where necessary without prior notice.

 

ORDER CANCELLATION

Where possible orders will be dispatched by close of play on the following working day after the order confirmation was sent, unless otherwise notified.

To cancel your order before the item has been dispatched, please email hello@shopfodder.com with your name and order number. If your item has already been dispatched, please see the directions with regard to returning your order as detailed in the Returns Policy.

If you are in receipt of your order you have a period of 14 days in which you may cancel the contract and return your goods, starting from the day you receive your product. In this instance Kentish Town Stores Limited trading as Fodder will not cover the costs of returning your order to us unless agreed otherwise. Orders will only be refunded upon receipt of the returned items and confirmation they are in “as new” condition. Refunds will be made in full for all products, however, the cost of the initial delivery will not be refunded unless the product is deemed to be faulty. 

With bespoke orders and commissions, you forfeit the right to change your mind and cancel your order after the order has been accepted and payment has been taken (either payment in full or a partial deposit), unless the product is deemed faulty. 

Kentish Town Stores Limited trading as Fodder reserve the right to cancel the contract between us at any time if: the items ordered are out of stock and a suitable replacement cannot be found; incorrect information is given as to the delivery details of your order or the delivery address is out of range; or there was an error in the description and/or pricing of the product on our website. 

These Terms do not affect your statutory rights in any way.
